1. Copyright Protection

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court in your district, or California if you are outside the United States.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice is received, content may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate copyright rules, especially in public, comment, or interactive areas if such areas are available.
