Last Updated: May 22, 2025
This DMCA Policy explains how Space Waves Unblocked handles copyright complaints under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including 17 U.S.C. Section 512.
1. Copyright Protection
We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners and expect visitors to do the same. Proper notices of alleged infringement will be reviewed and handled with appropriate action.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice that includes:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the material on our website.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
DMCA notices may be sent to contact@spacewaves.school.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If material was removed and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed material and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court in your district, or California if you are outside the United States.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After a valid counter-notice is received, content may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate copyright rules, especially in public, comment, or interactive areas if such areas are available.
5. No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for DMCA compliance and general information only. It is not legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or the notice process, consult a qualified legal professional.
